Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and fabrication of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components on various types of equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding and fabrication on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components for various equipment.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on transportation-related equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute fabrication tasks accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven welding experience with aluminum and steel.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred:

• Mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with stainless steel welding is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, day shift.
• Full-time position with optional overtime as desired.
